Effective April 22, 2010 EPA regulations require that all individuals and/or companies working for compensation in a residential or child occupied facility built before 1978 are certified in Lead safety.

As of February 22, 2010 C&H Construction has taken steps to secure the required training and documentation for lead safety procedures. We recognize that the safety of your home and its occupants are of the highest priority. Being grandparents ourselves we know the dangers of lead in a household places children six years old and younger at the highest risk.
