We highly recommend C&H Construction for your building needs. Charlie is a very reasonable, sociable, down-to-earth person who explains procedures and theories fully. The construction was solid and detailed. As the project progressed, we received numerous compliments from friends and family (including some who had a knowledge of construction) regarding the various aspects of his work. One thing we enjoyed about Charlie is that he had a lot for forethought on aspects of the project which he brought to our attention in anticipation of future projects. The project stayed on schedule pretty well and completed reasonably close to the targeted time period. We were very happy with his crew, as well as the subcontractors he uses for the excavation, foundation, electrical and plumbing. Any of the people we happened to come into contact with were not only professional but sociable as well. We would definitely use C&H Construction again for future projects.
