Kudos

This letter is meant to serve as a heartfelt thank you and a recommendation for any smart folks considering hiring you to do construction on their homes. Please feel free to post it on your website. First, the thank you. Thank you! After my children and I were out of our home for a few weeks following the ice storm, as you know, we had flooding in the house that caused a significant amount of damage. You came here to my house and took a thorough look at what needed to be done. My impression was that you were honorable, meticulous and very experienced. This is what you look for in a contractor. The price matters, but it is not everything. The character and the integrity of a contractor matters a great deal, as the work he will do to your greatest asset - your home - must hold up and must do something for the value of your property. You did that for us and more. Not only did you and Matt do an excellent job, the pride in your work was evident. When I had a question, I got an answer. When I was curious on how things are done and why, I received a very good explanation. I am absolutely sure the value in my home has increased because of your work here. Not to mention that my floor is just beautiful!

It’s wonderful when a business transaction is also a pleasure and you know as the consumer, you got your money’s worth. it’s terrific to meet such great people in a business deal that you can pass on their name to your friends. It’s good to know that in this case, I got both.
